Our biscuits are made with simple, quality ingredients: wheat flour, butter or vegetable fat (depending on the flavour), sugar, eggs, and natural flavours. Some items include guava paste, cassava flour or cheese. Check each label for full details.
Yes. Most flavours contain gluten (wheat) and may contain eggs and dairy. Produced in a kitchen that also handles nuts and soy. Always review the label before consuming.
Several flavours are vegetarian. We currently don’t offer certified vegan options, but we’re working on it. See product pages for specifics.
Not at the moment. We bake with wheat flour and there’s a risk of cross-contamination. A gluten-free line is under evaluation.
Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container. Best enjoyed within 7–10 days after opening. Unopened shelf life: up to 4–6 months (see “Best Before” date on the pack).

Yes! We deliver Australia-wide. Sydney metro deliveries usually arrive in 2–4 business days; other regions 3–8 business days. Pickup by appointment may be available in Marrickville — contact us.
Absolutely. We offer wholesale pricing and café packs. Send us your ABN and estimated weekly volume via the contact form and we’ll reply within 1–2 business days.
No artificial preservatives are added. We bake in small batches for freshness and use proper packaging to maintain quality.
Take photos of the box and the products within 48 hours and contact us. We’ll organise a replacement or refund according to our policy.
For espresso, try Biscoitinho Mineiro or Farmer’s Cracker. With tea, the Goiabinha is a customer favourite.
Yes — add a gift note at checkout. We can ship directly to the recipient and omit pricing in the parcel.
